My first appointment recently with Mr Edwards involved a frank and well-informed discussion about a new health problem, and he explained how treatment for this could impact on my other chronic problem. He explained my care options in an honest, professional and compassionate way, and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and put my own thoughts forward. With his agreement we decided on a way forward and I feel very grateful to be under his care, and reassured that he will do his best for me.

Not sure were to start other than Mr Edwards being the most professional , nice and compassionate consultant I have ever had . Unfortunately hospitals have been such a bad experience for me especially recently for a number of reasons , however I have never come out of an appointment feeling so relieved and happy , Mr Edwards treats you as you and not just a number , He really listens and gives you true and honest advise with interest and passion. I feel with all the consultants Mr Edwards is the only one I trust to tell about my struggles without feeling like a complete fraud. So lucky to be under his care

Impressed that the appointment was on time. I was treated as a person not just a number. He explained my condition clearly, and was helpful. He took away my nervousness. The nurse was also caring, and friendly.

All of my meetings with Mr.Mark Edwards have been excellent. He has explained everything very clearly. He has also been prepared to listen to me and react. This relates to personal family factors, which he clearly understood may effect the date of any procedures being delayed by a few weeks into the middle of June . It could not have been handled any better. Thank you
